Check-in is available from 4:00 pm. On the same day, you will receive via WhatsApp your apartment number and the code to collect your key from the check-in caseta.

There is no arrival deadline. The check-in process is online, so you can access your apartment any time after 4:00 pm.

Check-out must be completed before 11:00 am. Please leave the key in the black mailbox located outside the caseta and send us a WhatsApp message indicating your apartment number.

Keys are collected at the check-in caseta. You can open the door with the code received after completing the pre-check-in.

You must deposit the key in the black mailbox located outside the caseta before 11:00 am. Afterwards, please send a WhatsApp message with your apartment number so we can carry out the inspection and process the deposit refund.

After check-out and returning the key, the refund of the deposit is processed within 3 to 4 business days, depending on your bank.

Once you have completed the pre-check-in, paid the tourist tax and the deposit, you will receive your apartment number.

• The letter indicates the block.
• The first number corresponds to the floor.
• The full number corresponds to the apartment.
• Example: A12 → Block A, first floor, apartment 12.

The apartments are located in a pedestrian area in the upper part of Ransol, accessible only by stairs.

• Block A is on the square, next to the closed restaurant (reference point).
• Block G is at the end of the cobblestone street.

If you are coming from Spain, drive along the CG-2 until the roundabout with the sign for “Ransol”. Take the exit to the left and drive up to the Romanesque church, where you will find the check-in caseta right in front.

Yes, you may stop briefly in front of the caseta to unload your luggage and then proceed to the Font de Ferro car park.

The blue zone is reserved exclusively for Ransol residents. Parking there overnight may result in a fine and your car being wheel-clamped.

All apartments feature a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, kitchenware for 4 people, bed linen, towels, hairdryer, heating and TV.

Yes, each apartment includes free private WiFi access.

You can either leave them in your vehicle or use the paid ski lockers available at the El Tarter slopes (Grandvalira).

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in the apartments.

There is an elevator inside the buildings, but access to the upper part of Ransol is pedestrian-only and via stairs. For this reason, the apartments are not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
